Coupon Not Honoref
They refused to honor the coupon price of $29.75, for the smog check. They charged me $31.75, an additional $2.00. The low rating is not about their service. Their service is great, quick, reliable and friendly. They always offer coupons and have honored their coupons year after year...and that is why we continue to go back. However, when you market your service at one price, you need to honor that price. If it is wrong, then you get it corrected. Regardless, their price is still good.
